First Light was founded to help global and local technology companies accelerate enterprise sales in Asia Pacific, without the cost and delay of building a full in-country team too early.

The concept was shaped more than two decades ago, when our partners began supporting international software vendors entering the Australian market. Since then, we have led go-to-market strategies and closed complex enterprise deals across Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Thailand, India, and the UK.

We work across the full spectrum of enterprise technology. That includes application software, infrastructure devices and services, sold both directly and through channel partners and VARs.

Our leadership team has held senior regional roles in both start-ups and global firms.

We have led verticals and regional expansions, scaled teams to $200 million in revenue, and personally closed enterprise deals worth up to $15 million.

Our experience spans industries including financial services, government, energy, FMCG, and telecommunications.
